Questions

Which plan do I need?

One bot, script or page with a few features is Launch. A dashboard, payments or several connected parts is Pro. If you pick the wrong one, the spec says so before you pay.

What's a free fix, and what's new work?

A free fix is anything in the approved spec that doesn't work as described. New work is anything that wasn't in the spec, like an extra feature or a redesign after approval. We quote new work separately.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Once the build is paid in full, the code and IP we wrote for you are yours.

What if I'm not happy?

Cancel before you approve the spec and you get everything back. If the build doesn't match the spec and we can't fix it, you get your money back. Details in the refund policy.

What won't you build?

Auto-checkout bots for retail sites, anything that dodges bot protection or CAPTCHAs, bots that trade other people's money, trading signals, spam, or anything unlawful. Monitors and alerts are fine.
